Ready for the End Alzheimer’s Walks?
Join the RV Team in the Walk at the Zoo
Use this link: http://act.alz.org/goto/rosevilla2024, and click “Join the Team.” If you have already donated, either online or by check deposited in the Alzheimer’s Association lockbox, an additional donation is not necessary.
Free transportation via the RV bus is provided. The bus loads at 7:15 a.m. and departs at 7:30 a.m. The Zoo walk is not long and allows time to visit many Zoo venues. The bus loads at the Zoo at 11:00 a.m. and is back at Rose Villa at 11:30 a.m. Sign up for the bus on x3289 or dial “O” and ask to register.
Note: If you signed up for the Zoo Walk by 10/7, Jan Wainscott has submitted your name for the RV bus. If you sign up to walk and will not be doing the Walk, please advise Jan Wainscott.
The Rose Villa Campus Walk begins on Sunday, October 20, at 1:30 p.m. in the Promise Garden (in the Tranquility Garden). No sign-up is required. Simply “uproot” your Alzheimer’s flower and join with your neighbors in a half-mile walk. The Walk is however long works for you.
Still need to donate? Use the link above for online donations and click on “Donate To Team” (if not walking) or write a check to “Alzheimer’s Association” and deposit it in the lockbox in the mailroom.
