In 1991, before they were married, Ed Gellenbeck and Jean Lofy embarked on an ambitious journey, biking across the USA and then down to the Mexico border on their tandem.
They believed that if they could survive 100 days on a tandem bike together, they would thrive in a lifetime of marriage. And indeed, they did.
