Patti joined the Fiber Circle soon after she moved to Rose Villa, hoping she could learn how to knit. It didn’t take long for her to feel bored making scarves and small objects. Remembering a piece she had done before moving to Rose Villa, she decided to return to the craft of cross stitch.
Patti tends to choose subjects from nature such as birds and flowers. She likes the fact that they take a great deal of time to finish, which is challenging.
Aside from working on her pieces in the Fiber Circle, Patti can be found happily sitting on her living room sofa where a bright light shines on her work to keep her eyes focused.
