You’ll find links about the Foundation’s financial assistance for residents that include the financial assistance policy and application, as well as the procedure for applying for a mini-medical grant.

You can also find general information about the Foundation including who’s on the Board of Directors and a copy of the latest annual report. You’ll also find a list of “preferred providers,” which is a listing of individuals and companies who have been vetted by the Foundation and provide a range of professional services such as legal and financial services.
