Zoom and YouTube links are listed in the Activities Calendar on this website and on Touchtown. Contact Steve Morris to receive a link to the Activities Calendar in your morning email.
On the Activities Calendar:
- click on the underlined event title to view the calendar information
- click on Zoom or YouTube link to connect, or the Flyer link to get more info
On Touchtown, for general activities:
- Click on Flyers icon
- Click on Helpful Live Links
- Click on Links to Virtual Events and Meetings
- Click on the Zoom or YouTube link for your session or use info to call in
On Touchtown, for wellness classes:
- Click on COVID-19 Response icon
- Click on 04-Health and Wellness
- Click on the Zoom or YouTube link for your session
Other Features of Zoom and YouTube Links
- Some links are new (for one-time events)
- Some links are recurring (same links used for ongoing events)
- Some Zoom links are sent by an event organizer only to residents who are taking part in a session (like a team meeting) so ask ahead of time
- Some links are listed on flyers, but are not clickable (clicking on the link doesn’t start the Zoom session); in that case, find the clickable link via the Activities Calendar or Touchtown
- Info to log into Zoom by phone is often listed; you’ll need a phone number, meeting ID and password
- Some sessions are Zoom only; other sessions have a YouTube link to attend by video and Zoom info to attend by phone
