About

The website RVillagers.org is financially supported by the Rose Villa Residents’ Association and is fully designed, developed, managed, and maintained by resident volunteers. The first iteration of the site was developed over the summer of 2020 and launched in September.

The site is primarily a showcase of the vibrant lives of Rose Villa residents and its main purpose is to help us know one another as individuals and as a community, as seen through:

  • stories, photos, and videos by and about residents who come together to share their interests through community-wide, group, and individual activities
  • interviews and talks on Connection Introductions, Rose Villa Today, Village Voices, etc. along with selected historical videos and documents

The website also provides space for resources that support the security, safety, and health of residents individually and as a community.

In general the website does not replicate information that can be found on Touchtown nor does the site take on the task of advertising or promoting events except through the list of daily activities.

The 2020 Website Development Team, members of the Resident Council’s Communications Committee, welcomes suggestions for new content and is the arbiter of what goes on the site and what does not. Please use the Contact form to get in touch with us.
