If you haven’t discovered this park yet, it offers a lovely walk along the east bank of the Willamette across from Milwaukie. It is often frequented by geese as well as other birds. This year’s crop of goslings have outgrown the cute and fluffy stage but are still too young to fly. You can spot them on the river bank if you happen to come at the right time. Here’s a photo.
