Since moving to Milwaukie, we’ve found several very good restaurants…..but no good pizza. Until this weekend. We tried Milwaukie Pizza Company on McLoughlin, just south of the Elks Club. He makes his own dough, with honey, not sugar, and cold ferments it. The pizzas are thin crust. Yum! Our Hawaiian pizza had thick slabs of smoked Canadian bacon. You can choose your sauces; we had red sauce. It was delicious!  The menu is small, but interesting (Euskal pizza with basque chorizo, arugula pesto, manchego cheese and more). We’re definitely going back for another try!
