The other evening Evey Cole and I decided to try the new nearby restaurant, Pho 360, in Milwaukee on McLoughlin, located in a tiny strip mall where there is also the Embold Credit Union and Five Guys restaurant.  It is not far from the intersection with Oak Grove Blvd. The interior is light and airy with lovely murals freshly painted on the walls.The menu was arranged in soup noodle dishes, rice dishes and “dry” noodle (not soup noodle) options.  Evey selected a soup noodle option while I went with a dry noodle choice.  Both were delicious and huge!  We both took another meal home.  Everything was fresh, not overcooked, delicious and reasonably priced. There are also multiple vegan options.  All beverages are nonalcoholic.
