If you happen to be over on the coast, I recommend Tidal Raves, in Depoe Bay, halfway between Lincoln City and Newport. The focus is on seafood which is very good (although not up to the standard of Local Ocean in Newport), but they have other things as well. What attracts me is the view. Every seat has a view of the tiny bay and its spectacular geology. And, at the right season, you may see a migrating whale as a bonus. Sunsets can also be spectacular.
