In case you haven’t noticed, Rose Villa has a new resident: there is a duck nesting in a planter basket near South Main. We were told by staff that she originally nested in a hanging basket. It was taken down by a resident and put on the sidewalk (staff would prefer you inform them and let them do this kind of thing). She was initially supplied with water, later with protection including a temporary fence, which was replaced by a much sturdier fence.
