The Dragon Gate is at 1218 SE River Forest Road. It’s at the end of a fairly long driveway with a “No Trespassing” sign at its beginning, so you can’t get too close, but it is still a spectacular sight.

According to the Raymond Hunter Fine Art website, the dragon gate (dubbed “Gate of Enchantment” by the artist), is made of stainless steel, copper, dichroic glass, and bronze. It is 10 feet tall by 16 feet wide by 15 inches deep, and the artist’s website says it goes for $50K. It was built for Will Vinton. And yes, the eyes glow.
