Carolyn says: Beautiful, clean as could be. Ate inside, excellent service and best of all real sushi. I had Tempura vegetables, something I cannot make and they were perfect. Reasonable prices, Entrees $14.00 – $16.00.

Fans of soft shell crab will enjoy that served tempura style at Sinju in Bridgeport.  It is more crisp than I remember from places far away but is delicious & is served with a modest assortment of tempura vegetables.  The most delicious of those was the generous sweet potato slice. All was readily made allium free to accommodate my allergy to foods in that family.
